Collaboration with Slurp Culinary Academy and Jain University BBA

Slurp Culinary Academy has signed an MOU with Jain University’s Department of Entrepreneurship to conduct specialization classes in Food and Beverage for students studying BBA (WOW), World of Work.
The students come to SCA for their practitioner session once a week. The advantage is that the students get to perform hands-on experiments with food and beverage, starting from the basics to sessions on specialised topics in FnB from industry experts. Students get to learn in a professional environment under specialised chefs and instructors. The student’s final assessments are also conducted by SCA.
